If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we provide a straightforward return and exchange process for all our furniture and accessories.

Return Process

  Contact our support team via the online portal or email within 30 days of delivery to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Disassemble your furniture and secure all components in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit; items must be in like-new condition.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a courier pickup for larger desk components.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
